From the moment you pass through the gates of Villas Fawakay, you are transported to a paradise of lush gardens where peacocks wander amongst the palm and olive trees. The scent of petals from the rose garden lingers on the breeze, the pool glistens in the sunlight and the cool interior of your villa awaits you. There is a main pool for everyone to use together with a bar area.

There are 3 villas namely Lak Lak, Sannor and Taos and each have 2-3 bedrooms which can be rented by the room or as a whole villa. For single room bookings we recommend the upstairs suite which is self contained with a large bedroom and partially separated sitting area and terrace. You do not have access to the private plunge pool or TV/DVD. If you book downstairs you need to book 2 rooms for villas Sannor or Taos, or one room for Lak Lak. The advantage of downstairs is a separate dining room and private plunge pool together with TV and DVD.

Each individually-styled villa is equipped with everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Bask in your own private plunge pool, laze on your personal terrace or daydream in the comfort of your Moroccan summerhouse at the foot of your private garden.

Bathe in the gleaming swimming pool, have a relaxing drink in the bar pool, play a game of tennis on our private court or unwind with a massage in the beauty salon. In addition, why not combine a stay in the medina in our Riad Fawakay (see whole riads section) with your villa holiday?

Villa Lak Lak: This elegant 2-bedroomed villa marries Moroccan tradition with contemporary style, and consists of one upstairs suite and a large double bedroom downstairs. It can sleep four. Laklak can be rented by the room or in its entirety and the bedrooms can be arranged with twin beds if you prefer.

Villa Taos: This villa sleeps six in two large double bedrooms and one suite. Decorated in rich earthy tones and adorned with a mix of African treasures and our private collection of English antiquities.

Villa Sannor: The two large double bedrooms with king size beds are located on the ground floor, with fabulous views of the gardens. Upstairs you will find the master suite with its enormous tadelakt bathroom. The suite has its own roof terrace where you can enjoy a sunlit breakfast or nap on a sun lounger. A calm and airy villa, Sannor is decorated in minimalist style and inspired by the refined simplicity of the Berber tribespeople.

Extra beds available in all Villas at a supplement of 35 euros per night. Prices include breakfast and evening canapes.
