Villa Jereca is no ordinary villa, it is a palace. It is an amazing house, a modern and elegant villa, of 1,100m2 living space. This stunning property has been designed and built to the highest specifications by artist owners. Set amid the ancient palm groves of Marrakech, 11km from city centre, it has 180 degree spectacular aspect on the Atlas mountains. The Villa has four double bedrooms and an annex, which can also serve as a double or twin bedroom.

Relax in the 2 hectare garden, swim in the large heated swimming pool made of white Italian marble, contemplate the lake from the antique Indian pavilion as the ducks, peacocks and cats pass by.

The interior is staggering. Entering the 3.5m carved brass front door you pass lush fountain courtyards in to a house designed for entertaining. The dining table is a 4m slice of tree flanked by Chinese governor's chairs; the doors all salvaged from Rajhastani palaces; antiques sourced from Thailand, China and India furnish all the generous rooms. You will be drawn by an eclectic collection of both local and international art.

This is where the rich and famous party at night and weekends.

There is a large ground floor covered terrace, and for sundowners choose from a partially covered roof terrace, or the rooftop Berber tent. There are four ensuite bedrooms, each with their own made to measure dressing room, Indian four poster beds and private garden terrace. A fifth room is in the 'studio' nestled in the garden.

The villa has air conditioning throughout, under floor heating in the living room and central heating in the bedrooms.
It has a hammam, massage room and fully equipped gymnasium. It comes fully staffed including house manager, chef and maids.
