"Wonderful place to stay. Each room is a little treasure. Cool roof deck for breakfast, drinks, dinner. Great staff. Very clean. There are a lot of stairs, but that's part of the hotels charm. Wish we could have stayed longer."

Pagels from California, July 2013

"Gorgeous breakfast on the roof terrace. The Nour Suite was wonderful, white walls, lots of pretty lamps and 3 windows over the edge of the kasbah onto the Rue de la Kasbah/d'Italie. Ensuite shower room with great scented toiletries and a stained glass door throwing colours into the living room. Dinner was also great, with a fantastic view from the terrace and the noise of the city rising up below us. The Dar is multiple houses joined together with a warren of stairs leading to rooms, wonderfully decorated salons and the roof terrace.

The staff and owners were very accommodating, spoke English and/or French and especially the arrival routine was very well organised and instructive, with an information pack full of recommendation"

R.A from London, June 2013

"Spent 4 days here in November, 2012. The staff are wonderfully responsive, and most speak some English. Accommodations have dramatically beautiful views of the whole Medina. Of course this means you have to climb back up the hill after you go to the Grand Socco or wander through the Souks to the bottom of the Medina. Well worth the climb, believe me. Phillippe and Jean-Olivier are the owners/operators and are always available to help. They live at the Riad. The restaurant they just opened a short walk away is lovely. You can have your meals brought up to the Riad if you want to eat there, or you can go to the restaurant (a short walk away) and enjoy yet another vista of the Atlantic Ocean. The Suite Nour has a living room, dining room, bathroom, bedroom and closets galore."
